Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bt baazi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the bt baazi website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, products, and features accessible through the platform at bt-baazi.com.

By completing the registration process on bt baazi, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect at the moment of your first access to the platform and continues for as long as you maintain an active account or use any bt baazi service.

These Terms should be read alongside the bt baazi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, the Terms shall prevail.

• Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• These Terms apply to all players accessing bt baazi from any device, including mobile browsers and desktop computers.
• bt baazi reserves the right to request proof of identity and agreement at any time as part of its KYC and compliance obligations.
• If you are accessing bt baazi on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms — though note that account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Section 02

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a bt baazi account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

1. You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
2. You are accessing bt baazi voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any commercial or third-party gambling operation.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion from bt baazi or any other gambling platform where such exclusion would extend to bt baazi under applicable rules.
5. You are not an employee, agent, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of bt baazi or its affiliated game providers.
6. All information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

bt baazi actively enforces its age and eligibility verification requirements through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players will be required to submit identity documents — including a valid National ID Card, passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are approved. bt baazi may request these documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time a concern arises regarding account authenticity.

If bt baazi has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has misrepresented their age or eligibility, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze all funds, and conduct a full KYC review before any action is taken on the account balance.

Section 03

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on the bt baazi platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. bt baazi uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus winnings forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. The mobile number is used for account verification, security alerts, and two-factor authentication (2FA). It is your responsibility to keep this information current; bt baazi is not liable for failed security alerts or verification messages caused by an outdated mobile number on file.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt baazi account password. bt baazi will never ask for your password via live chat, WhatsApp, or email.
• Two-Factor Authentication: Enabling 2FA on your account is strongly recommended. bt baazi may enforce mandatory 2FA for withdrawal requests above a specified threshold.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Unauthorised Access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bt baazi support immediately via live chat. bt baazi is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Profile Updates: To update your registered name, date of birth, or linked payment method, you must contact support and complete a verification process. Self-service updates to these fields are restricted to prevent fraud.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bt baazi platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt baazi supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawal minimums, maximums, and processing windows are detailed in the table below.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your verified bt baazi account. Third-party withdrawals — where the receiving account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be declined. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

bt baazi does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees as per their standard service rates — bt baazi has no control over third-party fee structures. All fees charged by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the player.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

bt baazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all bt baazi promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10–20%; sports betting contributions vary by market. Specific contribution rates are detailed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within the time window stated in the promotion terms, typically 7–30 days. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion before completing the wagering requirements of an existing one may result in the original bonus being forfeited.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Household: The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via different accounts constitute abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While meeting a wagering requirement, the maximum permitted bet per round is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this amount during an active wagering requirement may be voided.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the full bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

bt baazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or revoke a bonus at its discretion if it suspects the promotion is being abused or if the player's account does not meet the eligibility criteria. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk combination betting designed to game wagering requirements, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming — will result in immediate account suspension.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bt baazi are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as displayed within the platform at the time of play. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that product area. The following general rules apply across all bt baazi betting and gaming products:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when the platform issues a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference. Bets that have not received confirmation — due to network interruption or platform error — are not valid and will not be settled.
• Manifest Errors: bt baazi reserves the right to void any bet placed at a price that was the result of a manifest error, including obvious misquotations, system errors, or incorrect odds feed data. Winnings paid on manifest-error bets will be reclaimed.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted if your account balance covers the full stake amount at the time of placement. Bets placed when balance is insufficient will be automatically declined.
• RNG Fairness: All non-live casino games (slots, crash games, virtual table games) use a certified Random Number Generator. Results are independently audited for fairness. The outcome of any individual game round cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or the platform.
• Sports Betting Markets: bt baazi offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Markets are suspended automatically in the event of incidents (e.g., power failure at a ground, pitch inspection) until the situation is resolved. In-play bets accepted after a goal, wicket, or other outcome-changing event has occurred but before the odds feed has updated may be voided.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed, bt baazi's default rule is to void all single bets on that event and return stakes. Accumulator bets will have the abandoned leg treated as a void selection. Specific sporting event rules may override this default — refer to the relevant sport's rule page within the platform.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bt baazi platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and all bonus balances forfeited. bt baazi reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold any remaining balance where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

1. Opening more than one player account, or assisting another person in opening a duplicate or fraudulent account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bt baazi.
3. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a bt baazi account.
4. Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform, including game logic errors, to gain an unfair financial advantage.
5. Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on the platform without explicit written permission from bt baazi.
6. Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information relating to the outcome of a sporting event.
7. Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any tournament format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
8. Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
9. Engaging in any form of money laundering through the bt baazi platform, including depositing funds from illicit sources and withdrawing them as apparent gambling winnings.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing any bt baazi support staff or other players via any communication channel.

Section 08

Account Suspension & Closure

bt baazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A third-party notification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months — see dormancy policy below).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bt baazi account may do so at any time by contacting 24/7 support via live chat or by emailing the support address. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and all pending withdrawals must be processed. bt baazi will aim to return any remaining real-money balance within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bt baazi will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee is ৳100 per calendar month and will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. bt baazi will not apply dormancy fees to accounts that have a zero balance prior to the dormancy period commencing.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt baazi's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bt baazi shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of anticipated savings arising from platform downtime or errors.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network failures, or device incompatibility beyond bt baazi's control.
• Data loss or corruption resulting from third-party cyberattacks, provided bt baazi has maintained reasonable security standards.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
• Any decision by a player to gamble beyond their financial means, notwithstanding bt baazi's responsible gaming tools and guidance.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or to enable available security features such as 2FA.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bt baazi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 10

Amendments & Governing Law

bt baazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bt baazi will notify registered players via email and/or a prominently displayed notice on the platform at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the bt baazi platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the revision takes effect.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bt baazi recommends bookmarking this page and checking it at least once per month.

Governing Language: These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal effect. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and bt baazi with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements on the same subject matter.
